How long, God, will I be alone in the dark?
How long will I feel so disconnected?
How long must I hold this pain too heavy for my body and too deep for my soul?
How long will the world crush me?
Please listen to me and see me, Mother God!
Let me feel you with me, or death will be too easy and the world will win against me, and I will fall.
But I trust in your unconditional love and I will be saved by your grace.
I will walk with Jesus, because he has shown me the way to peace.
